Friendly service
Friendly service, very helpful garden centre very well organised with healthy looking plants. Whilst there used the restaurant and found staff happy to serve and even offered to bring our coffee and cake over rather than self serve wish was very much appreciated.

Unfortunately spoiled by long queues.
Self checkout must come otherwise people will just walk out the shop.

the flowers all look beautiful and so much choice, a little pricey compared to other garden centres though.. the store is neat. the checkout always seems very slow and the tills always seem to have a problem with recognising a bar code etc. staff are polite and helpful .

Dobbies Chesterfield
I try to get to Dobbies at Chesterfield as much as I can it is our nearest centre being an hour away. The staff are always very friendly and the store has so many other items in store besides gardening items, we can spend a whole day there.

Paid a visit to the York site and the cafe, very nice food and good service, The fabric on ALL the chairs were very stained and looked unclean. I felt this let the cafe down.

Staff failed to offer us dessert after our lunch.
Pre-paying for lunch for 3 of us meant table wasn't cleared when we finished eating so we weren't asked whether we would like dessert. Unable to get the attention of any of the staff we gave up and left the restaurant.
